My whole life I have felt that my thoughts have leaked and my enemies know what I am upto and they jepordize it. I tried to keep matters secret, yet they knew and intervened. Due to which the best of the well layed out plans don't see fruition or fail miserably towards the end (everything goes smoothly until it doesn't at the end).
Recently I learnt about Monitoring Spirits and quickly realised this is how they knew everything.
Can you help to recommend how I can banish them and protect myself, my thoughts and actions from their influence.
