A couple of years ago I lost my boyfriend. A man that I had been through a lot with on and off for many many years. After I went through a bad divorce and he was going through medical issues, we reconnected. I spent every weekend at his place but during the week I was home with my son. After a couple of months there was one week where he wouldn’t respond to any texts or calls. I thought maybe he bailed. He had done it before. Then one night ik home alone and went to bed. I woke up out of nowhere in the middle of the night to someone saying, clear as day, “I love you”. 2 days later I found out he was dead. Can anyone tell me if this was him saying his final goodbye and if he “checks in” from time to time? Because I swear I feel him. Thank you.

Abso-freakin-lutely!!! Veil is getting thinner and thinner. It’s beautiful he got that “I love you” in. You’re lucky you were open to it at the time too, bc if you knew he had passed already you may not have. In high stress we don’t often hear these subtle messages or we tell ourselves we’re just hearing what we want to hear.
