Was my grandmother really behind this?

For context, last night I was given a stone by someone claiming to be in contact with my grandmother. They told me to keep it on me and i didn’t sense anything wrong from.the situation or stone, and what she told me seemed to add up. But when I showed said stone to two of my psychic friends, they both told me to get rid of it. Claiming it made them nervous.

I’m not sure if my intuition isn’t working or I’m being suckered into something I don’t understand, but I could use some guidance from my grandmother if she really was behind this and if what the lady told me was true. Or if this is something else more insidious.

Trying to connect with your grandma. You were especially close when you were younger or have beautiful memories from back then. She was just such a joyous and positive and good person in life. A motherly energy even. Dearly close to you and to your famiy. I think she passed for natural causes, probably heart attack.
