Colder-waterMemberIncense and palo santo have always given me headaches, and since scented candles have the same effect I think I just can’t handle some smells. Are there ways to cleanse my home that don’t involve fragrant things like incense?
(Sorry if I’m using the wrong tag, this is my first post here)

Bells, chimes, or even your favourite uplifting music playing through the house will do nicely. -

Personally I think a wind chime hung by an open window also works

GuestJuly 24, 2022 at 9:19 amThere’s a few ways:
If it is the smoke, get resins & use an electric incense burner. It’s much less smoke than even a candle.
If it isn’t the smoke: a) do flowers headache you? Bouquets of white flowers are of help & can be used as aspergillum for
B) holy water (if you can’t get store bought home made is fine; bless salt, mix into water while blessing); water made from boiling cleansing herbs during a new moon
C) white candles or oil lamps (unscented)
D) a silver or iron bell’s ringing
E) a deep physical clean
Ultimately it depends on like your environment & availabilities
