What actually happens after death?

I think some are reborn and others return to the source

My understanding after reading many books on the subject is, 1) we suddenly are aware of being outside of our body and looking down on it 2) a loved one comes to collect us or an angelic being. 3) we are guided through a type of tunnel with a light at the end. 4) at reaching the other side we undergo a life review to see how our thoughts/words/actions influenced others and how we could have done things differently. There is no judgement or recrimination. 5) those who were ill undergo a “sleep state” while they heal. Spirits are then free to create their own environment simply by imagining it, they meet friends and family and even pets that have crossed and can continue to do many of the things they enjoyed in life. They can also visit anywhere and anyone on earth simply by thinking about it. There will a choice whether to come back reincarnated or not. Being reincarnated will give the opportunity to learn from our mistakes or learn values and important lessons we failed to learn in previous lives. If we decide not to come back we can be of use by helping new souls that have crossed or meeting with likeminded people to help those on earth and our environment.

Also, my husband died 4 weeks ago from a heart attack while I was away from home and I was so worried that he suffered. My friend is a medium and she talked to him about it and he said it was literally like someone just turned the light off. Then he was looking at his body on the floor which he said was a very odd feeling!

What a straight forward question! I am a trance channeller so the Universe of love speaks through me. That’s our home when we are not in physical. I don’t think most of us stay long because we want to keep coming to earth to allow love to flow through us. Apparently it’s easy in the collective of love when we are pure love energy but here in physical, we fall asleep! It’s hard to be love here but we keep on trying ❤️
