I need some help! For a long time, I’ve been able to see threads. They can come off people, come off objects, and usually mean connections, right?
Well, for just as long, I’ve been able to see “tangles.” They’re these weird, floating balls of opaque, undulating … Threads? Words? Symbols? They’re usually black, but they aren’t always. Sometimes they’re red, and sometimes I even see them connected to people. Another thing, I usually see them *around* other people.
And here’s one last observation — They remain fixed in one spot. Meaning, I can turn to look at it, turn to look away, and turn to look back and it’s still there. For a long time, I thought “maybe it’s just something in my eyes? Playing tricks.” But after a while of seeing them, I’m not sure.
And I need to ask — What are they? I don’t *think* they’re conscious, but this morning I saw one and it floated closer to me.
Anybody else see things like this? Or know what they are? Thank you in advance.
EDIT: Adding a picture for clarity! Picture this, but all the lines are thick, opaque, and kind of scribbly and moving, tangling. Usually remains fixed in one part of the room and stays there even when I turn around / look away.

Could be eye floaters as someone else suggested. But eye floaters usually stay at the same place in your eye; in another words a floater will move with your eyeball and not attach itself to any particular person or thing you are looking at. I would certainly get your eyes and the rest of your physical health tested.
The other possibility is you are somehow “seeing” the psychic energy and/or electromagnetic fields that people are emanating—in which case, it’s a gift.

I’m not sure but just to rule anything health wise out please get eyes tested, I just read a book where someone was seeing this and had brain cancer 💔 not to say that’s what it is, Probably more a spiritual reason though I’m not sure what it will be.

Does what you see look like an energy plasma ball with undulating dark energy ‘tentacles’?

It looks like black electricity right, or lightning? I’ve seen it radiating from my fingertips, I do see them around occasionally, no clue what it is either.

I don’t know what they are, but …
A few years ago, I had an epic “dream.” I use the quotes because it’s still vivid and fresh almost ten years(!) later, it was long and coherent, and it generally defies the “dream” definition. I won’t go too into detail because… You know… “Epic,” but at one point I was walking through a ballroom filled with people when I realized there was something in my mouth. It tasted somewhat sour and chemical. It reminded me of the taste of ink. I reached up and pulled it out. It was a “scribble.” It was a tangle of black threads or lines. I stuck it into the mouth of an older lady who seemed well-to-do and professional (gray hair cut into a chin-length bob, pale skin, tailored clothes, pearl earrings accented with small diamonds, expertly applied subtle makeup). She seemed irritated and affronted for a moment, then just went back to her conversation with a fashionable younger black man in a pink linen suit coat while I continued on with my guide.
I don’t know what that was, what they are, what they mean, where they’re from, or anything else, but I’ve seen them in waking life since then, usually free-floating, but seemingly with self-directed movement.

Op, I can see these as well! It started when I opened my third eye in January. I don’t know too much about these or what they are. I usually see them as blue or red, majority of the time blue. They’re also fixed in location for me, but sometimes they come towards or away from me. I don’t think they’re floaters, I see those too and they look different from these. Sometimes I also see stuff as a blue or red hexagonal grid that starts off as what you mentioned and then gets bigger, also in a fixed location. I would say the only difference is that the grid was surrounded by a white fog. I’ve started to see a lot of other stuff too! I’ve had difficulty trying to describe this to others, I feel so relieved to know other people see this too! Suddenly being able to see all this made me think I was hallucinating and I started to question whether I was perceiving my reality correctly. It’s been a roller coaster and trying to have someone relate to the experience isn’t easy. I’m still trying to learn more about what this all means, thank you so much for making this post!

I see these sometimes in readings. I’ve been told they are the result of a soul hitting up against dark energies. They remind me of windshield “spider-web” hits on the auric field of some people. I’ve also been able to remove them from others with the help of the healers on the other side. I’m not sure we were talking about the same thing but this is very close to what they look like. I’ve had eye floaters and I’ve seen this type of thing. They are not the same in my experience.

I’m a pranic healer (energy healing) and at the end of each session we comb out people’s threads to untangle them… it’s like we all have little threads coming out of us. People find this very relaxing. What you’re describing sounds like damaged energy in an aura if it’s fixed, we have many outer layers. I would say this isn’t an entity but maybe just broken energy on a person. We’re all a little broken tho. I’d also check out the physical suggestions, schizophrenia also has hallucinations if they make you feel upset.

I tend to see these around people who are deeply upset about something. Like a literal manifestation of someone’s emotional pain.

It’s sounds like floaters in your eyes. I get them. Freaked me out at first because it is exactly as you described. I thought I had something in my eyes. They are normal though and caused by many things. They come in phases for me. I’ll notice them for several days or weeks and then it’ll stop.

Mind viruses? There’s a collective mass psychoses superimposed on the pandemic – is this an infectious agent?

Maybe get a head scan also just to rule out anything neurological, if not eyes or head I’d say you have an ability.

They sound valid enough, but have you gotten useful information out of them?
