What deck is this card from?

I’m looking into getting a tarot tattoo, and I’ve always loved the Strength card. I remember coming across a deck that featured this card as a picture of pelvic bones with a flower on either side and a snake winding through the bones.
Does anyone know this card and what deck it might belong to? Google hasn’t helped at this point.
