What do y’all think of poppets with enchanted clothes?

I mean, you fill the poppet with charging types of ingredients (Clear quartz, selenite, paprika for increasing the power of the poppet) items left to soak up the moons charging energy) and instead of enchanting the doll, enchanting the clothes. That way, if you need money, you can dress the doll in an outfit that you’ve enchanted for fortune, basically, a doll that will help aid in the purpose assigned to its clothes. I just love this idea because I love poppets, and making poppet clothing, so I was wondering if anyone else has tried something like this? Should I try it?

that is essentially what one does by wrapping a poppet in gold or herbs or enchanted ribbons/thread; ie standard poppet practice

but one would usually fill a poppet with tags. also would strongly advise against using any irritant (paprika in this case) in a poppet meant for beneficial work.
meanings cut both ways, good and bad (which is why herb choice is important)

lastly it is worth considering if one is ready/wanting of the responsibility and risk a self-representing but otherwise blank poppet represents. for example: one that is geared to healing or protection will be harder to turn baleful, but one that is merely acting as a link between oneself and spellwork leaves one more vulnerable as what befalls it befalls you.

if you do do this: keep the poppet kn a v comfortable and symbolically beneficial space, and let absolutely NOBODY know it exists, let alone what its purpose is. Not even your bff
