What do you think happens when we die? Are our family and friends with us?

When we die, our soul leaves our physical body and enters what we call the astral realm, which is the immediate world that surrounds planet Earth.
The moment you are re-born into the astral realm, you are greeted by souls whose responsibility it is to welcome newly arrived souls. Your friends and family whom you knew on Earth can also be present at this moment.
The welcoming committee guides you to your new dwelling in the astral world where you stay and re-adjust for a time to get used to using your soul body once more. This is also the time when you are shown your life on Earth like a film reel, and you understand how circumstances in your life were a result of past actions, and how your actions also influenced those around you.
The period spent in the astral also serves as a stage of learning and re-remembering who you are and why you chose to incarnate on Earth, and the lessons and tasks you chose to accomplish and experience in order to mature and develop.
After you have fully re-integrated back into the astral environment, your soul either flies up to higher planets of being to continue its journey through life, or remains where it is in order to keep learning. The opposite is also true where a soul that has led a poor life on Earth may find itself in the “underworlds” of the astral, or even lower and darker planets that are not pleasant to behold.

I hope so, I’ve been told I have multiple people and animals waiting…I’m terminal so I’m very scared sometimes….like today, I dreamt last night I was being shown my next reincarnation into earth, everything was different. It really upset me for some reason. I can’t shake it.

From my understanding, there’s duality of the spirit so part of us is always in the astral and so when we pass we are welcomed by those we loved on earth
