What does it mean when the sun and moon are in their joy?

I recently learned that the sun and moon are in their joy in the 9th and 3rd house respectively. I’m wondering what that means and how it manifests in someone’s life and personality, when present in their natal chart. Thanks in advance for any feedback and insights! X

Some have said it correlates with receiving some kind of gift represented by that planet. This could be in the form of support from people represented by that planet, having a natural knack or talent for something signified by that planet, or encountering good things by bringing that planet further into your life.
