I’ve heard people talk about them but I don’t know what it is. What is it and what is it like?

We are all continuously having spiritual awakenings. It is when something profoundly effects you to the point of enlightenment of the soul. Something that changes your perception to a higher way of seeing.

It is an experience, usually of a transcendent quality, that inspires one to deeper states of awareness, inquiry, and perception. Usually it motivates people to make significant, sometimes drastic, changes in how they live their lives and how they fundamentally view existence and their place in the universe. Most people are drawn into a deeper study and practice of spirituality as a result. I knew from a very young age that God was real and that I had guardians. So there’s that.

I studied every religion I could in my 20s and made huge strides in my spirituality. I developed the belief system that I have now.

In my 30s I had an NDE that woke me up to even more. That is when my entire life changed. As Revenge and Dystopia said before me, It was a profound change in my life.
