What is your daily spiritual practice?

I am interested to hear from other psychics about whether or not you have a daily spiritual practice. Mine fluctuates but usually includes meditation and automatic writing-channeling.

My Mars is in Cancer and my theory at the moment is that our Mars sign aligns with our style of spiritual practice. In pure Cancer form, ruled by the Moon, mine seems to wax and wane in cycles and I find my balance by allowing my intuition to guide my practice on a day-to-day basis. For example, I do not meditate at the same time every day, nor do I follow the same practices every day. But instead I feel guided by intuition regarding what to practice and when.

So my question (to clarify) is twofold:

1. What is your daily spiritual practice?
2. Do you feel that your Mars sign aligns with your style of practice?
