My work environment is weird. I work from home and we have a team meeting in the morning and people use to trauma dump or make excuses for work performance and we get into deep personal issues. my supervisor totally fosters this time of environment we have to share our feelings in order. It’s like therapy session. I can tell she does not care for me but my performance is good Lmao.i have moon in the 10th house maybe that explains why people are more emotional but I‘m there for the coin. I like my coworkers and I’m nice and active on slack but some have hinted I‘m cold. I have mars conjunct MC
I think it’s because I don’t have the energy to give to coworkers. We work in finance so it’s very strange that everyone is touchy feely lol. WFH since 2010. Moon in Taurus intercepted in the 10th. Delighted to home office. House/office cats and fish, window looks out on to greenery.

My last work environment consisted of lots of Mechanical work, no time for chit chat (only on the job chit chat), just cuss words, cigarettes, physical labor, mechanical labor, sweeping in between time, Various tasks, moving cars, doing pickups, getting any shit that needs to be done done, getting down and dirty. Neptune Uranus 3rd, Mars 2nd house. She was probably a libra at the very end of November if she’s thinking it’s group therapy tea party fruitcake time. But if she was a Scorpio she just wants to hear all their secrets lmao. Aries Sun, Cancer Moon, Scorp/Pluto rising.
