what kind of protection spell should I use?

I need to protect my job. I had to talk to hr about something my supervisor said and he found out it was me. Since then I’ve heard him loudly making jokes about people who call hr and throwing someone under a bus. I’ve only been at this job for a month and a half but I want to stay. I feel that he is acting out of line and I feel like I need the security of a protection spell moving forward. I know that there are so many planets retrograde right now so casting will be difficult but this is pretty important.

So my question is, what kind of protection spell do you think will work best in this situation? I need help coming up with ideas.

You could also call your local department of labor and ask them what can be done about a superior engaging in retaliation.
