what rune positioning might mean on different parts of body – specifically the (right) wrist.

My best friend wants to get a Celtic 'wolf' rune symbol tattoo on her right wrist. We have both attempted to find information. We have both found things about tattoo positioning meaning – like the right wrist is creative – and we've both found that wolf is basically the same meaning overall (strength, family, etc.).

However, we haven't found anything specifically on runes on the meaning of the placement of said runes.

Neither of us want to mess with runes, especially permanently.

So, really any information on body location would be appreciated but we are looking for specifics.
