This just confirms my belief that rising doesn’t predict appearance. There are so many opposites among the same risings.

I get why it’s all celebrities, gotta have known rising signs, but it’s a bad sample because these aren’t a randomly selected group of average looking people, and plastic surgery/make-up skews the data further. I would be curious to see this done with pics of regular people of the same rising sign.

Tbh I have a really hard time seeing similarities between the rising signs. To me it’s just lots of faces 🙈

But since I am a Scorpio rising I wanted to mention that none of them (Scorpios) show their teeth when they smile. Many of them don’t smile at all. And neither do I on photos. Don’t want to scare people off 😅

Aries & Gemini risings have beautiful smiles (gems have a cheeky look about them)

Cancer risings have really interesting face shapes – I previously thought cancer risings all have rounded faces but this has changed my mind

Leo risings have gorj bright, friendly eyes

Virgo risings all have hooded eyes

Libra risings are all the most ‘conventionally attractive’ here, however IRL I’ve not found that to be the case

Scorpio risings have that sad, sexy, sultry look about them

aries: red tone to hair—very fire rising. pronounced cupid’s bow. although the eyes are NOT widely separate, there is a medium-to-full nasal bridge—it is not tapered between the eyes. noses are fleshy at the tips although the tips tend to be well-sculpted or defined, kind of giving this gravity/weight to that part of the face. you can see something similar to a lesser degree in taurus.

taurus: full lips/wide mouths, elongated noses OR strong jawline. seems like the stronger the jawline the shorter the nose. short faces like capricorn, but their features seem smaller/take up less space on the face than capricorn. tend toward wide foreheads. more prominent chins than other earth signs

gemini: shorter noses (this is a mercury thing in the nakshatras) and somewhat of a pinched, focused look to their gaze — smaller eyes in comparison to the rest of their features. i won’t say their foreheads are large but their features tend to be concentrated lower on their face. most triangular face shape of the air signs. generally, low cheekbones. defined nose tips, generally upturned—you can see a specific nostril shape emergent

cancer: there’s something here to do with cheeks. not that all of them are prominent (many are!) but that they’re a pronounced feature in some way. i think this is directly related to how they have angled/pronounced ears… see Paul Rudd, Liv Tyler, Molly Ringwald, cher, Jennifer Garner and Meghan Markle (always thought they looked alike!), Kate Beckinsale. Cute ears/cheeks. like all water signs, you can notice the eyes. Cancer’s eye color always looks washed-out in relation to their natural coloration. Very similar to scorpio (see scorpio below) except cancers faces tend to be rounder/heart shaped where Scorpios are more elongated ovals with sharper chins (cancers have stronger jaws)

seriously, go through and take a look at all their ears. absolutely insane.

leo: heart shaped faces, small but full lips, reddish/gold tones to hair— stereotypical “golden” appearance, noticeably asymmetrical eyebrows. round, forward, prominent foreheads. noses tend to be turned upward similar to gemini’s and relatively short

virgo: elongated faces compared to taurus and cap… elongated noses, elongated eyes. wide (elongated) mouths. eyebrows noticeably more symmetrical than leo but EYES are noticeably asymmetrical. so many of them have hooded eyes!! square chins, defined nostrils

libra: full lips, BONE STRUCTURE! despite the fact that there is noticeable asymmetry in facial features such as eyes, brows, nose, or mouth, the actual bone structure (cheeks and jaw) is quite eerily symmetrical. prominent chins. triangular noses

scorpio: small, full lips. intense gaze. like i mentioned with cancer, you can always tell a water sign by the eyes. whereas cancer’s eyes look pale/washed out, scorpio’s are more saturated i’ve noticed with scorpios you can never really remember what color their eyes are when you try to think of it. pronounced nasolabial folds. some of that cheek stuff too but nowhere near as prominent across the board as cancer. most tend towards wide nasal bridges but with triangular noses, giving the appearance of wider-spaced eyes (nowhere near as wide as aquarius)

sag: reddish tones again, pronounced nasolabial folds, thin upper lip, pointed chins,
pronounced foreheads. triangular faces. while their eyes aren’t all symmetrical, like i mentioned with libra there is a NOTICEABLE symmetry in size/placement. tend toward noses downturned at the tips. sag tends toward the darkest/most saturated coloration for one’s genetic background, whereas Leo’s is the lightest and Aries is in the middle

capricorn: faces tend to be shorter and rounder with the other features (mouth, eyes) looking big comparatively. lots of attention drawn to the nose/center of face since noses are straight with a narrow nasal bridge and eyes that appear closer-set because of it. softest chins of the earth signs and yet still very shapely

aquarius: always something up w/their eyebrows. asymmetrical eyes. noses tend to be thinner at the top. for the most part eyes have a wide appearance and mouth sits low on the face. not well-pictured but I’ll take a stab: lots of these women appear to have some shapely jawlines. when I see a man with strong eyebrows & jawline I automatically think “aquarius” — not many men pictured tho

pisces: again with the eyes. nuff said.
—although, to add: their facial features are the “biggest” of the water signs, with their eyes and mouths taking up more facial real estate than cancer and scorpio. similar to capricorn in that way

hilary duff is also under both Cancer and Aqua, there are also probably other repeats (don’t confuse siblings!)

I think it would be fun to do a collage of the members here! Since celebs get plastic surgery…it takes away their natural features. Perhaps if people feel comfortable showing their face, someone can set up a discord or something to send in photos? Or maybe we can do a guessing game!
