The bit in the middle is the triquetra, which is a celtic knot. I don’t recognise the additions.

I recognize the piece from a store I’ve shopped. The front symbol covering the scent pad is a basic triquetra with extra flourishes surrounding it for earth, wind, fire. It’s overall a design you’d find in modern jewelry, though the triquetra itself is pretty old

The Celtic knot in the centre, though it appears that it was the Christian’s who added the circle when they converted the Irish- to symbolize never ending life around the trinity.
