I watched a really good YT video on Leo rising faces a while back. My ascendant is 16 degrees and the second decan face traits included Marilyn Monroe as the example and the features were high, fleshy cheeks and arched brows, both of which I have, so I would say those features!

I don’t see it in the eyes with Leo. I am a Leo rising as well and your description doesn’t fit me really well. I see it in the eyes more with Cancer risings.

However, I do see Leo people have awesome hair. I always get compliments for mine too because it’s healthy and thick!
