What’s the best method to connect with your ancestors, guides, and animal guardians or angels?

There is no best method. There is dozens of methods and you need to try them out in order to find out which works the best for you.
Its like in working out…. someone swears his chest grows from dumbell benchpress and some swear that only barbell bench is good for chest. Which one is right ? Both. Coz they different people.

If you look on youtube, there are lots of guided meditations focusing on meeting your spirit guides. IME daily meditation, I did the silent type, led me to the place where I understood how to make room for communication.
There’s a great video series on YT on a channel called “From Trauma To Tarot” that goes into how to meet your guides – really good.

For my ancestors, they were catholic, so I use Gregorian chants to meditate with them and they seem to like it. The first time I used the chants to meditate I felt like my body was being lifted and vibrating at the same time. 👍🏼
