Mine is charm casting, but I just made a post about that, so I won’t go into detail (If anyone wants to know more, just comment and I’ll explain). I’ve heard of tarot and such, but what about other types of divination? I recently made two sets of dice that have answers like “Not quite” “Yes” “No” “Rephrase” “Maybe” “Ask again”, because I want to ask yes or no questions. So far, they haven’t led me astray, so I think I’ll make a smaller version (Wooden this time) so I can carry them with me when I travel. What’s your favorite divination method? Charm casting? Tarot? Bone throwing? Runes? I’d love to hear what you do, and thank you for reading!

My go-to is tarot. My cards have never steered me wrong before. I also like my scrying ball and my spirit board, and occasionally use my pendulum. However if I’m really needing some answers on something, then I go for my tarot.

Tarot is a solid choice for me because
A. I have ADHD and it’s my current hyperfocus.
B. It’s a great starter system and there is always more to learn.Charm casting is a great follow up cause it allows you to create your own system very Chaos witch friendly.
Pendulum? Need a quick decision on where to go to lunch because “You really can’t decide.” (Be honest Libra you know what you want you just don’t want to make the decision) Ohh đŻđź would you look at that I guess we are going to taco bell the pendulum has decided.

Induced dreams.
Personally when I need divination I just eat a big dish of mushrooms (shiitake and the likes), vinegar (balsamic is awesome) and cheese (the older the better) in a lot of different hot spices before going to bed. Oh and with pasta/bread so I fall asleep like a log.
The dreams. Oh my. They go strong and tell very clear stories that helped me improve my life when I most needed.
Just be aware that your gut may disagree with the otherwise eye opening treatment.

Pendulum.

Lucid dreaming is taking control of a dream while you are asleep. I dreamcast, as in I create the same brain wave patterns as rem sleep, and let dreams form while I am awake, but I let them drift, I don’t try to control them. But, as I am awake, I am fully concious of what is going on, and can remember them perfectly. That is when I have questions. The other type is when the Universe has a message for me. For that I rely on signs. As you created rules and definitions for your charmcasting technique, a liftetime of observation of signs in Nature from elements, animals, birds, plants, and so on has grown into a system of meanings for various occurances, that tell me something. All made up by me, so useless to pass on, except to say anybody can do the same. BB.

I do charm casting too! I used to read tarot, but I had so much trouble remembering the card meanings and eventually drifted towards charms be abuse I could assign my own meaning.

Playing cards and dice. Dice I find are good for quick answers, I usually go with a set of three. I have a box which I’m gradually filling with dice and an increasing collection of card decks.

I don’t know if anybody else does this, but I like incense smoke! essentially, I’ll light an incense that corresponds to my practice and close all the windows and doors to block all interference. I’ll have the question in mind and the smoke blows right in my face, and I see a couple images answering my questions. other than that, I like tarot for learning of events and crystal throwing for advice!
