When someone is brain dead, have they already crossed?

Not from what I’ve felt but it could also be a case by case thing. I haven’t dealt with many. I’m sorry about your aunt. Sending lots of positive thoughts and prayers to her tonight.

Yes, and no. those in a coma are not trapped in their body but they haven’t gone to the light either (crossed over). Their cord is still in tact. So they are at peace, visiting the other side whenever they want! If they go to the light, their body will die. So if she is alive- she hasn’t gone yet. OP if you’re interested, Anita Moorjani has a beautiful and inspiring story about her time in her coma while fighting stage 4 cancer. She left her body and was at peace. She’s on YouTube if you wanna listen to the whole story. It might make this easier for you and your family 💓💓💓
