When the Ace of pentacles means not getting the job?

Being the Ace, I might interpret that as an encouraging reminder that you’re right at the beginning of this career journey, and not to see this as a big loss, a step backwards or a sunk cost – you’re just still at the start of your progress, opportunities are still in front of you.

You made your move, but still insecure.
Theres a whirlwind in your head, while you move into this situations towards having money reciprocity (contract talking).
What you want it’ll come, but there are stuff about thoughts about yourself. This is: stop thinking too much about nothing because the seed here, is more about the effort you put in all this situation, which is still primal, so… you really want this to work? Have you done EVERYTHING you can?
Theres a thing youre not seeing here. Maybe you should look on places you dont think your good enough, maybe theres an offer you think doest suits you. Something unexplored is waiting for you and you can do it and make a profit at the same time you learn new stuff.

6 of Swords is you moving towards safety. It could refer simply to what motivated you to apply for the job. You are looking to advance, move forward and improve your situation. The 8 is you imprisoned by your own thoughts. The swords (thoughts) are what has you imprisoned and isolated. You are not looking at things clearly as you are blindfolded by your bias. The Ace refers to a new beginning. If not this job, another one.

I had an (final?) interview with a company I really liked about a week ago and haven’t heard anything. At this point I’m assuming that there was another candidate that was a better fit or that I may have not been what they were looking for despite an awesome interview(my opinion) but I turned to the cards for some insight this past weekend. This was a general reading, to give off the vibe of the situation and to gain insight. The question in my mind during the reading was ***what happens now with me and (company)?*** I don’t love reading for myself as my overly optimistic desires might cause for a biased reading.

6 of swords- Moving on to another candidate. ***Originally,*** I had thought it might mean I was like a safe haven… the person they were looking for. My job requires me to work closely with another person in a partnership and the interviewer(potential partner) stressed what they were looking for. It gave me the impression that their last partnership had not been a great one and that they were looking for someone they could rely on. I thought of this card to be the metaphorical breath of relief of finally finding someone that fit their criteria after a long(their words) search. Now since so much time has passed I’m assuming it means moving on.
8 of swords- Intially I thought this might pertain to me and my mentality. To not sweat it so much. Thinking about hearing back from these people started to occupy my mind a lot and this to me was a reminder to not stress so much about it. Now I’m not so sure. Maybe they are still considering me but have me on the back burner.
Ace of pentacles- When I was still positive about my chances, I thought perhaps it mean I would get the job. Now though, I’m at a loss. Maybe an opportunity later on?

Perhaps it was going to end up being a crummy job anyway. When I look at the woman in the Eight I see the Three swords on one side and the Five swords on the other. Surrounded by drama, arguments and conflict. Onwards and upwards!

I think the cards are warning you that whatever will happen between you and the company may result in you suffering the consequences. Based on what I’m feeling out, it might be you being in denial that you’re not in a good spot with the company. The third card might be a reassurance that whatever doubts that you have relative to your career path will be incomparable to the benefits of the new opportunity coming your way
