GuestFebruary 5, 2021 at 3:40 pmI think the period of pause and sacrifice (of contact, in this case) is to help free them of the bonds they felt tied them down – fear, anxiety, ego. And, like with all transformations, you need to look at your dark sides, do some shadow work, in order to fully understand the depths of yourself. So, I think they’re feeling, at this moment, unsure of the nature of this connection, they’re being forced to look at themselves and face their inner demons, before they achieve the passion and warmth of the queen of wands. All of the cards are highly intuitive, so I think right now is a period of rest and self knowledge, so I’d assume they’re trying to understand the connection.
The bottom row is, what they’re thinking: I think with the tower in reverse being the obstacle in between the manifestation power of the magician and the passion and idealism of the knight of cups, old values and habits are holding them back. They might want to act on it, and they’re aware of the passion, but there are things they’re refusing to let go of.
The bottom of the deck was The Lovers, which is a card I always get when reading about this person, along with the two of cups. So, I think they’re focusing on working through their inner problems rather than the outside world, it is a trying time (the moon, the devil, the tower….) but ultimately, they will find their way and be able to face their feelings.
