Which function to use in Solar Fire when calculating Primer Directions?

Trying to do a Direction report for next year in the Solar Fire software (v9.0.18) So far I have:

* opened the Dynamic Reports Selection dialog box
* set the date interval I wanted to check
* ticked the Direction to Radix checkbox in Event Selection
* Set the planets I want to use in the Point Selecton

My question is: which option do I chose from the Directions dropdown list?

(Bonus question: What exactly are the other options in the Direction dropdown list for?)
