IME Cancer moons aren’t the most “ruthless”, but they have been toxic and extremely maladaptive. Leo moons can be similar if you don’t validate them the way that they want.

Virgo moons can be very calculating, petty, and unproductively critical.

Aquarius moons are just unemotional. I’ve never been “hurt” by one but I’ve experienced their spectrumy detachment from feelings.

The most ruthless people I’ve met were a Libra moon and a Sagittarius moon. Also a Pisces moon but I think the reason for that was less about her moon and more about her being a narcissist.

Maybe my sister Aquarius moon. It’s funny because we’re both Saturn ruled as far as moon sign, as I’m a cap moon. We’re siblings and we have things in common of course, but she’s so… cold to me. So resentful, in a way… I don’t even think she realizes it. It’s not that she actively tries to hurts me but it’s painful how cold she is to me. Honestly I’m probably just as bad to her in a way, but only as a defense mechanism. We’re so out of sync, and we weren’t as kids, it’s awful now.

What a complicated question with its special intrigue. Before I could begin, I would like to say that such things are heavily influenced by person’s different placements. As in my personal experience, I have encountered this kind of behaviour from Cancer Moons. Due to their excessively emotional nature that clouds their own judgement, these lads simply risk themselves into harmful consequences, often focused on a subtle species of justice – vengeance.

Hmm ruthless.. my dad, Sag moon. He was an abusive narcissist and just straight evil. Fun fact, he has like 10 (or more.. idek) kids he’s never met and 13 ex wives. It has less to do with placements, I think it’s just his upbringing and just him in general. but if it matters he is a Scorpio rising, Virgo stellium too.
