Are there any actions, words or phrases that make you mind go blank?

I like to scroll through the psychic subs, and r/MediumReadings to see what I can get. That might help.someone to feel peace, or, to feel connected. If I get information, I comment or contact the person asking the question.

When I see the phrase, “Does anyone have any messages for me”? My mind goes blank.

I wonder ifn8t is because I think most of us wish to hear from specific people? I haven’t figured it out. I am tryingnto pick up information from these posts, better.

It is a perfectly good question. I am working on overcoming it, by trying to read more of those types of posts. I must look like Kevin the Minion when it happens.

What roadblocks do you all experience? Is there something that stops you in a reading other than spirit?

Somehow it’s become the go-to phrase for asking for a reading. I’m afraid that at this point it’s probably baked into the sub’s culture.

Just self doubt honestly. I have struggled with self doubt my entire life and it bleeds into my work. The minute I start doubting myself my readings go to the dumpster

Atm, my biggest roadblock is my lack of trust in my abilities. Mostly because I’ve gotten nothing for so long it’s making me lose faith in them
