Which type of spell would you use when visiting a medium?

I’m seeing a psychic medium soon, but this is a large group setting and the medium does readings as the spirits dictate, rather than a 1-on-1 session. Is there a particular spell that you would use to increase the chances of one of your loved ones coming through? Would it be a spirit summoning spell? Or would you just bring something that belonged to them, maybe? Or just leave it up to the universe to decide?

I wouldn’t do any kind of spellwork without the mediums permission. You run the risk of interference withheld mediums practice as well as possibly seriously upsetting them. I would definitely bring some kind of taglock if possible.
