Yesterday I was meditating in my backyard. I asked if any of my guides were there and a being of bright energy walked up to me (my eyes were still closed). They didnt say anything but I felt their presence. I was scared at first but I knew I was safe. My heart was racing. Was that one of my guides? How do they typically present theirselves? Are they that bright? It felt like someone was holding a flashlight up to my eyes while they were closed. I never opened my eyes during the encounter.

I feel so! One of my guides appeared to me that way, the Big Bang of light. After the light dimmed I opened my eyes and thought I was going crazy… until I looked at my cat and their head was turned towards the direction the big light came from lol. Amazing experience!

What an incredible experience! I see them in human form only because I chose to. However, they have shown me they are like lights. When I meditate I sometimes ask them to make a blanket around me for protection. The blanket is made up of individual lights that are connected invisibly. The blanket looks like a spiderweb of 5 to 7 lights.
