I know that skin color is genetic, but what I meant is that most of the Libra girls I know have lighter skin tone than their parents and siblings, they are often the lightest-skinned in their family, but it does not mean they are prettier, some of them are below average looking because white skin does not equal to beauty, it is equal to lower status because here in the US, it means that you are not wealthy enough to afford tanning treatments and beach vacations. ⛱️

My friend is a libra and she is black. So your hypothesis is very much wrong.

It’s a well-known fact that people of color do not ever fornicate in the months of March/April, so it makes no sense to expect dark skinned babies around Libra time.
Just joking, I know what you mean, it’s just the way that you phrased it makes it look like you meant there are only fair-skinned Libras (still, a weird assertion)
