Why is it that I feel more like a Pisces but astrology says that I’m an Aries 0 degree? What does this all mean? Is it possible that the birth certificate time is wrong?

Before anything it’s worth mentioning that pisces & Aries have a few very similar characteristics.
I felt this way for a while myself! I’m not sure what your other placements are but I’m an Aries sun, rising & mercury with a Gemini moon. I feel like an Aries but I also had a strong piscean vibe. I always identified with a lot of pisces energy & it wasn’t until I looked further into my chart that I was able to understand why I was feeling both Aries & pisces energy so strong.
Turns out I have a pisces Mars at 29 degrees, & also a pisces Saturn. Furthermore I have both of these placements along side my Aries sun & mercury in my 12th house. I have a 12th house stellium that’s house ruler is also pisces ( since I’m an Aries rising ) both Aries & pisces are intermingling here.
My chart ruler is mars, which is in pisces. So it now makes a littler more sense to me. I would highly recommend exploring your natal chart a bit more. Whether on your own as I did, or through maybe a professional who can break down in detail the way your placements, aspects & houses are intermingling with each other.

Either there’s a chance that you’re basing off your placements off of stereotypes of your placements, a possible chance your possibly a water dominant person, or maybe your sun, moon, rising is in aspects with other placements that makes your sun/moon/rising’s “firey” energy weaken

It might have nothing to do with your Aries placement. You might have other strong Water or Pisces placements. You might have a strong Neptune or strong aspects to Neptune (Pisces ruler) or even to Jupiter (traditional ruler of Pisces). Maybe you have 12th House placements or a South Node in Pisces or another Water sign.

Are you talking about sun, moon, asc, etc? Also you may have more signs that are in water element than fire.
