Woken from a dead sleep, unsure encounter

Someone please tell me what I just experienced….. I randomly just woke up and my body went stiff and then was followed by whispers of names in my ear and I clear as day heard help john which is would be my husbands grandfather. Was I lucid dreaming or was that my first encounter with hearing spirit? I’ve always been able to tell if they were close but never speak to them…

I’d be checking on John. I don’t know what you may have experienced for sure but I would listen. If you didn’t feel any intense fear then I’d say it was friendly.

I don’t know what happened, what you experienced and I can’t tell you if you dreamed, imagined something, experienced spirit etc etc.

But it probably wouldn’t hurt to check in on John if you can and it’s safe to do so. He may need help, and even if he doesn’t, I assumed he’ll enjoy someone checking in on him.
