Last night I had a hard time sleeping, probably too much caffeine during the day.
I do have experience with connecting to my guides including relatives who have passed on to the other side, but this always happens intentionally during a meditation.
I had finally fallen asleep for like 2 hours and I was suddenly JOLTED awake by what I thought was someone screaming in my ear. It was something like “HEY!!” but very very abrupt and loud, as if to make sure I woke up. I jerked myself awake and gasped which woke up my dog who seemed very concerned for me but didn’t act strangely otherwise. There was nobody there of course. My husband was fast asleep in the other bedroom (I go to the spare room sometimes when I can’t sleep so I don’t keep him up with my tossing and turning).
Has anyone felt something like this? I didn’t get a feeling it was anything dark or negative, just a loud outburst trying to get me to wake up. I checked the house everything was fine.
