    I’d consider, in a yes/no question, a no.

For yes/no questions you have to establish a system. It could mean either. Best to decide upon a system beforehand.

Like someone else said in this forum: Don’t use tarot as a magic 8 ball.

Tarot is a tool for meditation and self growth.

Tarot spreads is like talking with a good friend and ask for advice.

If you wanna ask stuff to tarot, make questions about how can you be a better you spiritually talking, or a better you at work, or the best solution for X problem, things like that.

Cos in the end, tarot helps you to find the best answers in yourself.

You have your own answers, tarot cards just take them out so you can see them.

    Have a nice day 🙂

    Star typically means hope

    In reverse it means hopeless

So yea basically no, that or you don’t have enough faith in the situation and etc

If you had assigned those parameters prior to the reading, then yes. That’s how you would interpret it.
