It’s fascinating to see how many people self-identify as super master manipulator when in reality it’s likely that 90% of the time people just don’t care enough to argue with them and would rather be at peace. As a Scorpio moon, I smile and nod whenever I can tell someone is trying to pull one over on me, gaslight me, or extort me in some way. People often seem oblivious, doesn’t mean they actually are.
That being said, the best gaslighters are cancer sun/moon/Mercury, Gemini sun/Mercury, and libra sun/moon/Mercury.

I think Cancer is the biggest gaslighter tbh, even if they don’t know it. I think they live so firmly in their own emotional reality that they just can’t help it.

Taurus gaslighting everyone into thinking that they aren’t masters in gaslighting:

Getting out of a 10 year relationship with a Taurus so I’m saying Taurus. All 10 years and he is still going with this abusive behavior. He continuously chooses the reality he prefers that suits him best, while actively ignoring/discounting, the reality that everyone else is experiencing with him.

I discovered a few years ago what gaslighting was and that I’d always done it and started thinking about where that behavior came from. I had to untangle a really complicated web of lies but I’d learned it from my Taurus/Leo/Leo mother. She admitted to it and thinks it’s hilarious. She bragged about doing horrible things and making her 4 year old brother repeat a made-up story about how he had done it. Eventually, he’d believe it, start sobbing and confess.
She was 7.
