Had to leave a super toxic friendship with someone who was a cancer sun, cap moon, cancer rising. I had no clue how fucked up it was till I was out of it. I’m talking telling people I had cancer to score drugs (I was in the middle of a cancer scare due to a mass the size of a nerf football wrapped around some organs, but we all were hoping it was benign (couldn’t be sure until a biopsy) She gaslit me into thinking it was definitely cancer). I take responsibility for my own fear getting the best of me with that, but having one of your best friends since high school tell you they think you have cancer will fuck you up. She also tried to gaslight me into thinking I had an eating disorder when I lost weight after my surgery since removing the mass really helped with inflammation and hormones. When I told her I was scared the mass was growing back, she told me it was all in my head.

Had my second surgery a few months back since it grew back. Narcissistic relationships are a roller coaster. We can’t always pinpoint based on signs, but I hope someone might read this and realize the abuse they are dealing with is fucked up.

On a more positive note, I do have a triple cancer friend who is the sweetest human ever. Total moon baby. Fits cancer’s positives to a T. It’s all about transits, aspects, and what’s going on with the houses- plus what your synastry chart is saying.
