Is that smart, can you recommend that? I’m not sure myself, but then, discovering them is closely interlinked with realising I probably need a therapist, eg, feeling like I’m going insane. And after all I need to tell them \*something\* why I’m there.

me… I’m a ‘regular’ person with abilities.. Sometimes I think I may need assistance, but I agree with replies that say not to share psychic abilities… That is a truly personal and private journey and when I do share even with close friends or family, I get the ‘she’s crazy’ attitude.

I do journal my thoughts and use them to understand the world around me… if I can…. I keep EEO,MS… eyes and ears open, mouth shut…

I don’t mean to tell you what you should do, only what my position is…. bless you on your journey..

If you go to a regular psychologist do not tell them they will hit you over the head with the science and spoon feed you doubt about your abilities. There are reasons why it’s been kept hidden for so long sweetheart ✨

I recommend you not to talk about anything spiritual with any therapist. They’re taught in college that spirituality is not real, it’s fake and it’s bad and that you shouldn’t believe it. I personally don’t talk bout it with anyone expect my close friends
