Can you choose reincarnation or is it forced?

I wanna know if reincarnation is optional or not. Honestly when I go I don’t wanna come back as someone else, I wanna just stay (unless they’re choosing to go for round 2) with all my dead family. Is that an option or do you just reincarnate instantly?

In my belief it can be either depending on how evolved your spirit is. A more primitive one would have no choice but to reincarnate, but a more evolved one could have a say on wheatger or not they will return.

It’s a choice. One of my guides decided he didn’t like earth and decided not to come back. Plus, there would be no mediums of human spirits if you came back right away.

It’s a choice as much as everything in your life right now is a choice. If you feel out of control in life then it’s likely you won’t feel in control of your next incarnation either.

It has to be a choice. I believe we know what life we will live before we decide to enter the body but we get amnesia at birth and our infant selves know we are all spiritual beings but we can’t express it and thus our lives play out

The honest answer is that nobody knows for sure, any answers you receive here are based on communication and observation of the otherside. However, based on my interactions, it seems to be a choice your spirit makes based on where they are in their growth.

I’m not a religious person or have any faith in any religion, but when I lost my father I went on a bit of a religious rabbit hole.
When I came across reincarnation I’d never really gave it any thought before, I’d heard of certain cases and religions that claim it to be true

It was approaching a year to his passing and my mother was still feeling the grief of losing dad, I decided to go and get a puppy to help get over him
I’d got the dog and it was a success she was over the moon

I’d got everything ready except I hadn’t got dog food, so head up my local corner shop to get a couple of tins until I went to the supermarket.
It’s a 6 minute walk and on the way back a ginger kitten started following me down the road
It was crying out and followed my to my house

I looked at her and thought I’ve just got a dog I’m not sure a cat will work as well. I went in the house thinking it would go back up the road
I put the milk bottles out later that night and she was still waiting on the doorstep

I couldn’t leave her out there now so scooped her up and gave her a tin of tuna and some milk
She wolfed it down and then started trying to climb the kitchen

Fast forward 11 months and she had settled well and got on with my dog, she started to sit on the stairs on top of the banister. She would then fall asleep and fall off and land at the bottom of the stairs

Over and over it was happening and then on the day my father died, she fell down and broke her tail

That’s when it hit me, my father was a keen gardener and he didn’t take to kindly to cats and would always be shooing them out of the garden. And it wouldn’t surprise me if if he had kicked one or two in his lifetime

If karma and reincarnation are real then this cat is possibly his lesson
My father passed away after falling down the stairs and breaking his neck
The cat was continuously falling down the same stairs until the day of when it happened to my dad

Obviously I’ve got no way of proving it’s him but there’s been loads of things that have happened that makes me feel this way

Again I’ve got no faith or believe in anything spiritual just noticed this happening in my life

It’s your choice, but if you complete your mission on this planet you can choose to comeback, or continue to the next. If you fail you’re mission you will have to do it again, but since it’s your choice you can choose to never go back, but you will never be able to advance and you’ll be stuck. Unless you complete the mission.
