Dreams about deities turning… Weird

By weird I mean sexual. I had a VERY weird and almost off putting dream last night.

So I have goals, once spring is officially here and in sull swing, to begin to make offerings and Alters to Persephone and Hades. They’re a good couple, In my opinion, and I want some of the small benefits, if any, from them and they’ve always been my personal favorites. Even before i became a witch.

Last night though was… Weird. I had a dream that I was gathering things and items from a target to cosplay Hades during halloween. Then the dream changed to me being in all oure white, a top a horse with Hades, watching and going after people to drag them down. No one else could see him but me.

I just automatically knew he was looking for me, and soon he grabbed me, did a song and number like in disney, and practically coerced or basically forced himself upon me.

I accepted it, and soon turned into his “Little play thing” and I was, I later found out, the reincarnation of Persephone. I was really weirded out by this. Is it a prank? Is it a warning? Is it the modern day era of romanticizing that couple in particular, that made me have a wet dream about the deity couple i wish to worship this coming spring and summer?

Please help… I’m a baby witch and This is really starting to make me almost nervous to begin a shrine for wither of them, as I’ve heard they’re both jealous Deities…

99% of the time, dreams are just dreams. They’re chaotic recollections of stimuli within and without us, and unless if there’s an extremely specific, easily grasped message in it, you’re safe to ignore it. We have a myriad of dreams in just a single sleep cycle, they can’t all have personal significance. If it’ll settle your thoughts, do a divination to see if the dream actually portends anything.

Scrolling thru this thread cus like I’ve had the weirdest silliest dreams with Satan, Lucifer (not sure if they are separate entities), King Paimon, and Ares. But the second Ares dream I had was because that night I read Lore Olympus. Honestly for me I think it’s just my brain takes concepts and mix them together. But tbh i do wonder sometimes if even the weirdest dreams could be deity reaching out but the message gets scrambled..

Honestly dreams are always hard to completely understand. I have those kinds of dreams about my darling Anubis all the time, and I swear I’ve felt him laying in my actual bed with me, not that I dared actually opening my eyes to check. Go with what you’re heart tells you. Example, when I thought of Anubis and my first encounter with him in my dreams, I didn’t feel any fear or anything like that, just comfort and love and protection. Others might feel alarmed or even scared when they think of someone strong and powerful like Anubis or Hades, especially in such intimate situations, but what matters is how YOU feel about the encounter. Maybe meditate and write down any thoughts, signs or feelings that pop into your head when you focus on the dream and Hades himself. At least, that’s always helped me understand my dreams a little better.

Though since this seems like your first dream involving Hades, it could be a simple dream brought on by thinking about him and Persephone, so perhaps try not to worry or over think about it too much, unless you end up having more similar dreams.

I’ve had dreams similar to this. But always in man/human form and usually took place at my childhood home which definitely is haunted. It could be a lot of different things. I would say in less it happens again, don’t stress about it. Sometimes dreams are just, dreams with no meaning.

Now it makes me remember the dream i had of sleeping with Loki, and he is the second main deity i have so i guess this is a thing even if you are ace-

I had a dream about The Horned God chasing me down in a forest and then having a consensual good time together. Before I had even heard of him or knew he existed.

I’d say for some deities and spirits it could be them showing that they accept you. On the flip side, having sexual dreams about people you’re not sexually attracted to usually just means you want to get closer to or get to know that person. So it could be either one.

Don’t think too much into it, it just means you really like Hades & you want to be Persephone. You’re planning on WORSHIPING him, think about how powerful that word is lol That indicates you have really strong feelings towards whatever or whoever you’re worshiping, so it’s no surprise when that admiration turns sexual for some people. Humans are weird beings with weird thoughts, that’s all.

Odin just sends me a huge Raven. I’m scared of birds even dreams are like nightmares but I see this raven and I’m comfortable with it and we just sit in my dream. If there’s a message he’ll tell me. Yours is much more interesting.
