I finally cast my first spell! I was so tired after preparing my herbs, I had to rest and finish the next day! Is it because of spent energy, or because Anise is so hard to crush? 😩 I really did try my very best! I did research and followed my heart. I am a complete amateur, so please go easy on me🙈

be careful with sharing spells so openly, not everyone has good intentions 🧿

Buy a coffee grinder for herbal use only. That should help on the harder to crush varieties.

I also would like to note that I am so happy to finally have that personal touch to my altar! It was feeling too materialistic, but now it feels more personal… I feel like it finally shows some character 🤩

I do a fair amount of prep the day before so I can give ingredients time and energy to prep properly and then have energy to devote to the spell/ritual.
