Is the 4th house only the home you are born into OR any home you create later in your life too?

So is it just the home you’ve grown up in, or any home, or anybodies home who you live with (even if the house is theirs not yours). What could it signify exactly? Because if it’s basically ANYTHING that you call home, then wouldn’t that be kinda too subjective and unreliable?

Mine is in Libra (4H) so I really think I’m big on balance in my home life – esp with my parents and my roots.. I think this makes sense

Saturn in 4th house Taurus moon. I went through a tough return. But I don’t see to much on aqua Saturn. Just Pisces now. Can someone give me some insight or a link.
