For me, it’s the Tower and the Star. They always look so awkward! The Tower usually has flames or lightning bolts just slapped on it, and the Star always seems to be in the most uncomfortable position with all of her lady parts on full display. My main deck is the White Numen tarot, and I LOVE the Star in that one… but the Tower in WN is such a dorky-looking card.

i hate the nine of cups. it’s supposed to be a happy card but the dude in his big red hat looks like such a smug bastard and i can’t get over it lol

The Sun. The baby is almost always creepy and not cute.

I’ve always loved The Star, she looks so comfortable with herself and her little tummy pooch. She doesn’t care what people think of her.
For some reason I dislike the Two of Pentacles. In theory I should love that card, it’s a silly man juggling a silly infinity sign and silly boats on silly ocean waves. But…. I just don’t.

Don’t get me wrong I love an iconic timeless look but three swords in a heart is so boring.. NEXT!!

I use the Women of STEM Tarot, i love the deck so much, everything is science-based and the guidebook does a nice job of explaining why the Major Arcana art was drawn the way it is. probably not what you asked but – all cards featuring horses and riders. noone, literal;y, noone, draws the harness, the bridle and the saddle gear right. I notice that all the time and that really ruins even otherwise wonderful decks for me. the sitting position of the rider and the anatomy of the horse also leaves much to be desired VERY often. classical RWS is more or less on the point there but – the Chariot. there is no harness at all, and the chariot itself seems to be concrete cube standing on the ground. I know there is a deep symbolic reason behind it (as always) but anyway…
and on the other hand, I have a card I almost always love in all decks. if I like only one card from the deck, it would be the Hermit

Judgement. It confuses me because it can show up as a positive change or a call to your true self…yet you get these naked people who look like they are scrambling like Adam and Eve from the eyes of God. They’re gonna fall out of the boat or down or something.

The RWS 3 of Swords. The heart on it is a “red herring;” Swords are cerebral, not emotional, so instead of traumatic heartbreak, it’s really more about short-lived anxiety. Some people even think of it as “malicious gossip,” which makes sense.

Hierophant and judgement because of the Christian imagery. I’ve refused to buy so many otherwise pretty decks because of them. But at least my wallet likes that.

I dont like Fool. Its usually distrubing for me somehow. I am not big fun of court cards (King, Queen,Knight, Page) usually boring and not contaning like tnif symbols. Like “wow I See man on throne, amazing”.

I can’t stand the 5 of swords… if I see that card again I’ll scream honestly. It’s the most annoying card in the deck to me. No idea why, just irks me.

I like a lot of the classic deck, and the tower is absurd, but I feel like it should be. It’s meant the be kind of topsy turvy shit is going down and it’s not going to be good kind of card.
