What does it mean when someone’s Moon sign and ASC are the same sign. For example a Taurus Moon and Taurus ASC?

What would it mean when your moon is in the first, loosely conjunct ASC, but not in the same sign? For example, my ASC is 27 Sagittarius and my moon is 5 Capricorn. Sun in the 7th in Cancer, also intercepted like Capricorn.

Ooo this is me! I’m a Sag moon and rising. My sun sign is Capricorn, but I really don’t identify as one, so I identify more as a Sag because those two placements seem to take over.
