Do you feel as if there is a relation between the house your moon is in and how you deal with sadness?

Pieces moon in 4th: The sadness is all encompassing, and I feel like I drown in it and can’t find which way is up to swim out. It’s like a strong tide out to an ocean sometimes, others just a puddle to step in and splash a bit. I experience life almost entirely through feelings, sadness can be very difficult for me to let go of when everything is colored by it already. I tend to dwell on it far more than it needs to be, I want to be home and left alone while I work through it. Shadow work is important, and self care is a must. Water is very helpful, a bath or shower, sitting by a river, the sound of the rain, etc. That can cleanse the feelings back to neutral for me a lot of the time.

Leo moon in 4th house: I hate being sad.

Best case scenario, I set a designated time to cry, privately and it’s over with.

Worst case scenario, I am oblivious to my own sadness until it announces itself as a huge emotional eruption. Usually at someone or something not even related to the sadness 😔

My Moon is my chart ruler, so I love talking about it! 💕 Mine is in my 5H of Scorpio and I like taking care of myself. I comfort myself, buy myself my favorite foods, and make it a point to find something fun to do. 😬

aquarius moon in the first house. Aquarius issues aside, i think my moon being in my first house makes however i’m feeling on the forefront of my mind and everything i do. i think whatever i’m going through other people can definitely feel it coming off of me even if i try to conceal it. and i think it makes my emotions a very intense experience for me.

edit- and even though it’s an aquarius moon, i cry like almost daily lmao. always a crisis going on.

Capricorn. Substances but that may have nothing to do with astrology

Capricorn moon – 2nd house. I often run away from my emotions and act tough, I also seek inner strength within my achievements.
I remind myself how far I’ve come and I focus on my goals instead. It does help.

But when the push comes to shove, my emotions take over and I process them through spiralling into crying and expressing through art – mostly poetry writing.

Hello, my moon sign is Aries, house 11. When I’m sad, I think about the sadness, reflecting on what specific things are making me sad and either finding a “good side” for the sadness or just letting myself cry my sadness away. Sometimes when I feel like it, I put on a sad playlist and just start remembering he things that made me sad and I just lay down and stop everything for a moment, because that helps me feel refreshed somehow.

Gemini moon in 12th house. When I’m sad I need time to myself to detach and go inward so I would say this makes sense (to me) about what I know about the 12th house (I am still learning).

Moon in Gemini 7th house; conjunct Chiron, opposite ascendent in Sag and square my sun in Aquarius, so it’s a challenge! I have really severe anxiety and will get cycling, intrusive thoughts. I struggle asking for help, although I’m getting better, and tend to overthink my feelings instead of feel them. I don’t handle conflict great and it’s not easy for me to express sadness or anger to other people. I get very internal and in my head when I’m sad. I like to listen to sad music and get stoned. I need a lot of alone time- if I don’t get enough of that I can lose track of myself and am more prone to depression/sadness. I have to find a balance between external relationships and the relationship with myself

Taurus Moon, 10th house. Anyone else out there? I feel like I generally don’t know I’m sad until I’m at my lowest point. I laze about for a few days, sleep a lot, and eat a lot of sugar. And then I break down, and try to come up with a solution to the sadness, because it’s often caused by something, not random.

hi, my moon sign is libra, house 2. today I’m sad as hell and spent most of the day in bed without eating, then I took a shower, ate something and headed out. going outside, even just to walk around always helps me. music helps too. 🙂

leo moon in 9H, I let myself be sad, I’ll cry it out, but I don’t like to share it with anyone. I will journal about it, but I don’t really “let” myself stay in the sadness. After crying it out, by the end of the night I am doing yoga, meditating, or video gaming to get my spirits up
