Lunar Returns are like your own personal New Moon cycle and carries the same energy for the native personally that New Moons carry for everyone globally. Its a good time to start new projects, etc.

I don’t. I should, but I usually get really sensitive and I don’t typically cry when hurt, if anything I get mad for being upset. So my emotions are high during that time. I’m a Cancer Moon though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tbh i never noticed any significant change for my own moon sign but i do know when it’s in my opposite, taurus, i feel like i am right on the edge. Super calm yet one wrong tone or miscommunication will have me raging.

Pisces moons ALWAYS makes me feel like i am walking through fog.

I don’t usually notice anything on my monthly lunar return. But around the time of this year’s full moon in scorpio (which is my moon sign) I had my first anxiety attack in a year and ended a 5 year relationship (unrelated). It really was a transformative time for me.

However, during the recent new moon in scorpio I took the time to evaluate my priorities, quit my job (best thing I ever did) and found myself being the primary caregiver to my sick grandma, which has been the most fulfilling part of my year.

What i got out of this is: do nothing without intention. The energy denoted by the lunar cycles don’t just happen to you, they are available to you to use.

As an Aquarius moon I feel more “at home” when the moon is in my sign, and I guess it also has to do with the fact that I’m an Aquarius sun also. Idk it just feels comfortable lol but maybe that’s just a placebo effect 🤪

it’s your “lunar return” which happens at least once a month and idk if it’s a huge deal? I guess it depends if your moon is dignified in its natal sign or not. I’ve never noticed a huge difference. Maybe during new or full moons i might feel more peaceful or more energized, like coming back to myself in a way? but it’s subtle.

For me, it’s when I feel the most like myself. I can tap into characteristics that I might not normally embrace. My Gemini sun / Gemini dominant chart tends to dismiss my Aquarius moon’s true weird inner self for the sake of being a chameleon and blending into my environment. When the moon is in Aquarius (like it is at the moment), it feels like the only time I can fully allow my true self to be out and free almost? Idk if other people and signs have a similar experience with their lunar returns

I feel quite nice when moon is in Gemini. I have a great day and feel positive and everything is going well for me, i am talkative and action-oriented, and then I check and see that moon is in good ole Gemini and it makes sense lol. I read here that it’s like your personal new moon and I guess that makes sense as well, it’s like everything is a little more aligned.

Personally I’ve never really noticed much unless its a full or new moon in my moon sign.

Secondary progressions involving the moon give me way more insight than the monthly lunar cycle does.
