As a Cap moon, when the moon is in Cap everything gets on my nerves. Literally. Everything.

Cancer moons are equivalent to the saying that “ignorance is bliss”. Because the moon rules cancer the emotional nature of a cancer moon is constantly dubbed as too emotional; the “cry babies” of the zodiac. But I believe it’s because we understand the depth and complexity of human emotions. It’s the same way as highly intelligent individuals understand both the pain and joy of life through its deeper meanings and the complexity of existence. For example: In the show Lost, the survivors of a plane crash are eating a meal on the first day of the crash. An older man puts an orange peel in his mouth and smiles with it at a young child like we used to do as children. He was trying to connect to the child. Saying, “hey we’re fucked, but we will be ok. Everything is ok. I know you’re scared but I’m here if you need a friend.” It’s the subtleties in life, the little nuances, that tell us a story. Stories fueled with emotions. Whether is pain or love; it’s real. And because of these acute senses, cancer moons can sincerely FEEL another humans emotions and can be empathetic and nurturing in a powerful way. And it’s through helping and healing others that we are reminded that we are all human. We are all trying to survive, to live, to triumph. And it’s through emotion that we connect. The cancer moon wants to nourish those connections. It wants to protect. It’s fragile because it understand the power of emotions and just how much it can make or absolutely break human kind.

The Moon in astrology represents pure emotion. It’s the part of ourselves that we feel on a deep, instinctual level. The Moon also represents how we give affection and demand love from others. But because our Moon sign represents our inner world, it doesn’t necessarily communicate these needs to others

Virgo sun and moon, and haven’t noticed much when the moon is in Virgo. But I was born under a 0% new moon, and absolutely get the most energy during new moon cycles and soooo sleepy during the full moon which seems opposite of many

Tbh, I usually have a very emotional day when the moon is in cancer. Especially if it’s a full moon—almost always, full moons are terrible days for me. Idk what it is.

moon in taurus here. when the moon is in my natal sign, i honestly just want to smoke weed, lay in bed, watch true crime, and eat junk food. in all honesty, i want to do those things all the time but especially during my lunar return lol.
