Which planet or aspect is associated with laziness?

I would imagine that Venus rules laziness and that signs like Taurus and Libra, who love beauty and comfort, are probably more “lazy” or have a hard time getting up and going.

However I was recently told that strong Uranus placements are a major contributor to ADHD. Psychologists propose there really **IS** no such thing as laziness and you’re really depressed, unmotivated, distracted or lost. All of those things often fall under ADHD and ppl with attention deficit disorders are often perceived as lazy.

Mars in Pisces is resting, after having passed throughout the entire Zodiac giving his best, and in Pisces he has the ability to slow down to rest and regroup, before going full force in Aries.

Humans have decided to set up certain rules and expectations on society, wrongfully judging everyone.

That being said, Laziness can be seen just as the resting point of an energy.

Seems accurate. I have heavy uranus and am the laziest person I know (probably more like paralysis by adhd). But I think Neptune placements can make someone super spaced / lazy. I’m a Pisces and my Pisces friend and I can sleep all day. Neptune also rules fantasies and addictions. So a week long bender quickly becomes a month and then suddenly a year or two. Easy to get lost in your own world and forget about everything else

Taurus aren’t lazy at work or their duties, they have endurance and pace themselves for the long run. They are slow to initiate because their commitment runs deep, but once they commit they will see it thru.

And laziness is different than avoidance or even ADHD. People with ADHD aren’t perceived as lazy, they are (mis)perceived as flakey for not finishing the things they started.
